What does the $15 cover?
Application is free. The one-time US$15 fee activates your public agency listing: name, logo, website, services and service area. We confirm your profile and publication consent before activation.
Is this the same as CareOS Pro?
No. Network helps people discover your agency. Pro is the separate subscription for your care managers to coordinate existing clients, caregivers, records and family updates. You can apply to Network without buying Pro.
Who provides the care?
The agency and family agree the service, availability and fees directly. A listing is an introduction, not a clinical accreditation or a promise of referrals. Only information you authorize for publication appears in the directory.
Is there a commission?
When CareOS introduces a new client who signs with your agency, CareOS charges a 10% commission on that client’s fees. There is no commission on clients you already serve, and the terms are confirmed in writing before any introduction.
