We are building an AI operating system for care managers. The system calls older adults on a regular schedule, checks sleep, meals, medication, mood, pain, and social connection, then turns the conversation into a red, yellow, or green priority queue.
The important principle is that AI does not make the final care decision. CareOS organizes signals, drafts records, and helps care managers see what changed between visits.
Our first pilots are focused on Japanese care teams, starting with real workflows in Osaka.
